Peanut, first you sat that you are doing research on dip companies and youre creating a website with reviews. Now you are saying your you didnt document anything from the transaction because you had no intention on attacking his business. So what is it? Your either a critic that doesnt know what he is doing/talking about or your first post was a lie and you a just a customer. I assume if You are going to the trouble and expence of buy dip from multiple sellers and creating a website that you would have some sort if information/pictures.
At this point how do we know you even know how to spray or that you even purchased plasti dip from them. Your lack of information and your condescending tone just make you sound like an inexpiernced kid that was upset that his project was botched.
I really hope you can back up your story with some sort of evidence.
Have you ever sprayed a gallon of dip? Did you even order anything from them? How can we even verify you know what your experience level is?
You are making bold statements about a company with out any real information at all. We like hearing peoples stories about plasti dip, Whether it be good or bad.So please tell us the story with out holding back.

Ok, maybe i have gotten a little out of line, but let me try to pull it back without putting emotion into it.

i have purposely ordered dip over the last year from multiple distributors.  i am in the process of building a information based dipping website, and reviewing my purchasing experiences was going to be part of the site.  taking pictures of each dip job or testing i did was never part of my plan, because i never expected any of the "product" to differ from any other.  That's why when i got this gallon and started playing with it, i had no intention of documenting with pictures and spreading them all over.  More importantly, you can't exactly document "smell" in pics.  the consistency of the gallon, the smell, and most importantly the smell of it even the day after it dried was where my complaint stemmed from.

now, moving onto today - yes, i have taken some of this personally.  i have taken personally the fact that this guy is doing the best he can up upmarket himself and make people believe that he was selling and installing plasti dip for that long period of time - and now he's "not selling plasti dip".  i don't like to be assumed an idiot.  dipwerks - let me ask you a question.  all BS aside, if you looked at this situation by the facts, you're telling me that deep down you belive that this product he is selling is something made from a totally different manufacturer, and NOT plasti dip that he's altering and relabeling?

i have no intention at this time to identify myself to this guy knowing that i've publicly complained, as he has all of my personal information including my payment info.

The receipt i received in my email after my purchase.  I'm going to let it go, i don't know the guy personally and don't want to seem like im out to hurt him.  I just know the story like dipwerks said about them being cut from dyc for altering plasti dip gallons.  now i feel like he's trying to mislead people saying it's "not plasti dip".  maybe im being over sensitive, but that doesnt sit well with me

I'm sorry but this thread was half assed.  my buddy and business partner (Peanut) is apparently a little paranoid.  i'll repost this thread with pics, as I really feel like after using plsati dip successfully for so many years, this was a waste of money.  not to discredit his opinion, but I have my own opinion and im not afraid to share it.

The thread is still there on DYC i believe, in the new topic discussion category but it does not mention dipngo. He asked me to delete it so he could run more tests for fairness before he completely bashes them.

Oh i can back it up, relax.

i am attempting to take the high road and take EXTRA steps to see if i can make the product work.

don't get confused - i bought a product called "gold metallic pearl" sprayable dip.  it didn't say top coat, it didn't say needs a base coat.  no instructions, just makes you click on a gallon of Plasti Dip and then they send you a gallon of stuff that is completely translucent and doesn't cover at all.  i'm asked the admin to give me some time to test it over a black plasti dip base coat, even though the original sale was telling me it doesnt need a base coat.

go check that thread if you want to see what's going on -

While I appreciate the enthusiasm we have yet to hear from any dis-satisfied customers. The product is not concocted in my garage. Even if it was, my shop pumps out 1-4 cars a day. No time for mixing and packaging ghetto dip.

It is also worth noting out of the 25 active installers(not including general public) using our product the only complaint was the lack of available colors. If your can was damaged in transit then I can understand your frustration with it being beat up looking. But with no complaint filed formally with us and with no photos/video of the product being used this is useless hearsay. no?

For the Record-

The product works fine, it is not plastidip and or a relabeled plastidip. I am not dumping pigments into cans of clear and selling them.  Get your facts straight before blindly bashing a company who generates some of the most helpful resources in the dipping industry.

Examples of the product- Because someone will ask. This is what it looks like when a professional installs our products.

It's kinda tough to verify the facts when you are being so deceptive & secretive. Put our mind's at ease & be more, a whole lot more, transparent.

1. Can I get the MSD sheet?
2. Where(actual address) is DuraDip manufactured?

3. DuraDip patent or patent pending number?

Dude im not sure what your beef is with duradip but ive been spraying it and its amazing, i cant tell the difference betwen rds and duradip. It takes dyc.com 2-3 weeks to get me product to oregon i probably know more about there product than the 15 sales people that work there combind and yes this is what happens to companys that grow so big so fast and this is why i searched out an alternative product because the only people at dyc that know anything are at epcot or playing golf with the earlex rep. Also i get duradip in 3 days like clockwork, the sales men have been ontop of any and all concerns i had. I am so pro duradip and if anyone here has any questions about my experience with duradip im not on here often but i will try my best to chime in. Thanks

so i guess his mentality is shout first and ask questions later..

If you use a product for the first time and your not getting good results please dont bash the company. 90% of the time your not doing it right!!!

I really can't remember. The guys name was Stephen though. Really nice guy. He was slow to communicate with because of our conflicting work schedules, but he really helped me out. But i really don't think it was the same company. It didn't ring a bell and I would assume he would have pushed for selling me his own mix of colors instead of hooking me up with a powder pigment that was exactly what I wanted, going off only a picture.

not me :)

Any occasion that intrudes on business because of the loss of operational capacity required for typical operations qualifies as a debacle. A debacle recuperation design is a plan for recouping from these occasions. A DRP does not try to copy a business rather, its purpose is to expand the odds of survival and to limit the impacts of the misfortune. Calamity recuperation arranging is an arrangement of errands that must be performed. What's more, it is loaded with potential obstacles that even the best expectations, most shrewd individuals in the association can ignore. Notwithstanding whether the arrangement is created utilizing inside ability, outside specialists can offer assistance. Catastrophe recuperation arranging is a fundamental procedure for organizations.

Thanks& regards,
